SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship your apparel as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delays may occur during holiday seasons, special promotions, or heavy order days.

Orders are shipped via USPS ground, and will come with a tracking code via email once your package has shipped. Typically, orders are delivered 2-5 days after they are shipped.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once they have shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for instruction.

Shipping is $5.99 for order up to $50 (excluding tax). Orders over $50 will ship FREE.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returning full-price items with a Deep8 clothing receipt:

• Within 60 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit

• After 60 days of purchase: Full merchandise credit

Returning a sale item with a Deep8 clothing receipt

• Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit

• After 30 days of purchase: Full merchandise credit

"Final Sale" marked products are not eligible for return

Shipping charges on returns or exchanges are not eligible for refund

Eligible returns will be credited to original form of payment

Deep8 clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged returned / exchange merchandise through

your carrier

Customer will be credited within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.
